Amanda McHardy (b. 2001) is an artist from Massachusetts. Her work, rooted in the visual documentation of her everyday life, examines the intricacies of impermanence through the mundane. In doing so, McHardy's work also celebrates the zealousness of youth and appreciates the ephemeral moment.
McHardy received her BFA in Photojournalism and Art History and Fine Arts minors from the Corcoran School of the Arts & Design at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. (2023). In Fall 2025, McHardy will be attending The School of the Art Institute of Chicago to pursue a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate (and subsequent MFA) in Visual Communication Design.
